Hong Kong Cicada

Silver necklace with a cicada adorned with a moon stone. The cicada was sent to me by a friend from Hong Kong. It is a beautiful specimen. Cicadas are a symbol of rebirth, of death and transformation. I also attached a silver charm with a haiku written in Polish: “Nothing in the cicada’s voice suggests how fast it will die.”

It is my small reference to uncertainity in life and transience.
