Regulations of orders

I would be happy to make something especially for You. Below You can find a description of the whole ordering process and all the needed data. Because the Client’s satisfaction is the most important thing to me, all my works have 2 years guarantee. The detailed guarantee conditions are described below. To order, please use the contact form. Making an order and familiarizing with the “Orders – regulations” is understood as accepting it.

Completion period

It takes me at least 1 month to complete an ordered item. It often happens that there is already a queue of previous clients waiting for their orders. Therefore, I kindly ask you to send me a message if you would like to know the current, nearest completion date. Immediate payment of the agreed deposit guarantees entry into the waiting queue and completion of the order within the specified time.

For some small orders (ex. pieces from the “Ballet Dancer” series), there is an option to get an order done within an “express mode”. It takes 7 working days and costs extra (25 euro/34 $). Please confirm first (by phone or email) if it is possible to order a custom-made piece within the “express mode”.

Packing

Each object is packed in my brand silver-graphite box. The package is wrapped with a white linen string.

Shipping

The tracked package is shipped via:

  • USA – 10 euro (GLS), or 20 euro (UPS courier)
  • United Kingdom – 20 euro (UPS)
  • Everywhere else – 5 euro (Poczta Polska), or 20 euro (UPS)

Realization

The design is discussed with the Client. In the case of “custom designed jewelery”, the cost of creating a sketch as a visualization of the concept is 25 euro. The drawing is then attached to the jewelery made as the property of the customer. The work starts with entering the deposit (1/2 of the order’s value).

After the first stage of work, the object is photographed and the pictures are send to the Client. This is the best time to make changes, clear up the idea’s imprecisions.

If everything is all right, the object is finished and photographed again. The Client can ask for changes, but in this stage of works, all changes are charged extra. In case of no changes, the Client is asked to enter the second half of the deposit and the sum for the shipping costs. After this, the object is packed in a decorative box and send to the Obtainer.

In case of no response from Client during 3 days from request for work course acceptance, the work is being continued according to the last send information.

In case of no response during 10 working days and also in case of no second payment during 14 working days, the material used for making the order will be recycled or used any other way. There is no deposit’s refunds.

Making changes is possible during the first stage of work. After it’s finished, all other changes will be charged extra.

 

Guarantee

Please remember, that all hand-made items are quite delicate. It especially concerns the pure silver creations. In the case of Silver Insects one should remember, that all of them were based on organic equivalence – and in their nature is being fragile. The alloy is strenghtened, but one should take into consideration the delicate metal and the fragility of the construction (like the insect’s body parts).

During 2 years from the purchase date, the Client can always ask for the free repair. After recognizing the type and the reason of the damage, the prize of the repair will be set, if it doesn’t classify to the free guarantee service. After 2 years, the Client can always ask for the repair or restoration in the normal price of the service.
I take no responsibility for damages made during incorrect use.

In case of accidental damaging the Obtainer always has the right to return the object during 14 days from its receiving. Only unworn jewellery, with original label and in original packaging, properly protected for the shipping, can be returned. Custom-made jewellery can not be returned.
