Black-gold dragonfly 2 – brooch

Silver brooch based on wings of a real dragonfly, hand-covered with silver. The wings are adorned with 24k gold flakes by an old-korean technique “keum-boo”. The technique involves melting gold flakes onto the silver’s surface without any solder. The silver is oxidized black.
