Meteorite Crash Site – ring
Silver ring with a centrally set iron meteorite (Campo del Cielo). It is part of a large asteroid that entered the Earth’s atmosphere and broke up into parts around 2000 BC. on the land, that now is Argentina. The ring has a richly textured surface with 7 raw diamonds (6 black and 1 white) blended into it. The silver is oxidized black, which brings out the details on the ring’s surface, resembling it to a topographic map.
