In 2015 Jagiellonian University came up with an idea about using unusual life stories of their graduates as a form of a promotion (I wrote about it before). So I became one of the „Faces of the Jagiellonian University”. Which was a really amazing thing for me (thank you for the offer once again!). After the huge succes of this idea (The Promotion Department even won an award for this) they decided to print the previously animated stories. The comic book is made by Marcin Wierzbowski. I allowed myself to finally publish it on my fanpage. I am so truly happy I got to be a comic book heroine. I honestly admit that at first my vanity was wriggling inside because “some pictures made me look too fat, and in some other picture I had shoes matched with a type of a dress with a shape of a neckline, that I would never wear” !! 🙂 Yes, I know how trivial that is 🙂 The comic is great, now when I look at it, I’m blushing because I can’t believe it’s about me :))) This comic book together with the mini documentary (by Dawid Halota and Łukasz Opaliński) , an invitation to the jewelry exhibition at the National Museum in China, my time in Sydney Art School, being a finalist of the Saul Bell Design Award, being awarded with the Scholarship for Krakow’s Creatives, this is one of the biggest complements / successes I have received.
