Demeter – Greek goddess of harvest, agriculture and grain. In Greek mythology, this goddess is associated with fertility, childbirth, motherhood. (Her daughter is the goddess of spring and souls of the dead – Persephone/Kora).
Everything begins with her. A mother who surrounds with care and protection. She is often associated with grain, because she symbolizes the harvest, the feeding mother Earth.

In Greek mythology, the gods who ruled the world and human life lived on top of Mount Olympus. There were 12 of them: Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Hermes, Hephaestus, Athena, Ares, Artemis, Apollo, Aphrodite, Demeter, Hades. They were the inspiration for creating 12 buttons decorated with appropriate stones corresponding with a certain god.
